No, we don’t match candidates for you. We are not a headhunting company. All CVs you receive are from fresh candidates. Candidates read the job specification, then apply for the job only if they are interested. We don’t send you the candidates; candidates apply themselves.

Filtering is a simple concept where we ask the candidates mandatory questions when they apply for a job. These questions can be Yes/No, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Knockout, or Open-ended. This was developed simply to reduce the workload of the HR personnel. We are not a headhunting company, so we simply automate the ranking system for each individual based on the answers they give. For example, for a sales position, you can ask questions such as, 'Would you like to join the sales team?' or 'Are you willing to work on target-based sales?' You will be surprised by the number of people who might apply but do not match the criteria you will be looking for. The system will send you the CV along with the answers.

You can ask the system to send you only passed candidates or you can ask the system to send you all candidates. Depending on your preference.
