Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret technical diagrams.
Identify and diagnose issues with vehicle electrical systems.
Troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems.
Diagnosing electrical issues and proposing a course of action.
Communicating effectively with service staff about repair needs and status updates.

Requirements:

Must have followed a Technical Couse in Automobile Engineering from a recognize Institute (AETI/ CGTTI/ NAITA/ City & Guilds).
Minimum 3 - 4 year proven experience in a similar position and exposure in automobile workshop.
Experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge in A/C, EV, PHEV, and Hybrid Vehicle maintenance processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Computer literacy.
